Playing poker at your kitchen table is one thing but playing with the big dogs is something different altogether. Not everyone gets the opportunity to do this but if they go online they could be playing against some of the best poker players in the world and never even realize it.
Sometimes it is not just about knowing who you are playing with or even being able to see the person’s face, some people don’t like the idea of playing against someone who is playing from a country where playing online may not be legal or there answer as to whether or not it is legal is up in the air. Most people want their games and other players to be on the up and up.
The fact that you never truly know who you are playing against online is something that adds to the excitement of it all. Other folks don’t care for that idea at all. They want to know who is sitting at that table and the anonymity aspect of the Internet offers no intrigue whatsoever.
This is not to say that everyone is this way. On the contrary, some don’t give any of the legal issues any thought at all. They just love to play and will whenever they can find the opportunity to do so. It is the love of the game to them and not necessarily whether or not someone is breaking the law.
The professionals who wager online will do so where it is legal. They will generally not allow other players to know who they are. So to say that you can be playing against a pro at any given moment is not a stretch at all. These players are the best in the business so if playing against them is something you long for then you will be in for a rough ride, unless you feel that you are just as good as they are.
No matter what your skill level, or whether or not it is legal in your country, it is always going to be important to know the game well before venturing to bet real money online. There is a lot to know and much that can be different about it. Having fun is the most important thing and knowing what you are doing can help ensure that you will have fun, whether playing with the pros or someone who has comparable or even less skills than you.
Wow, I never thought that I could actually be playing against a pro online but I guess they could be there if they really wanted to.

Yep, some countries still see casinos as something that should not happen and continue to have laws against it.

So, they think that gambling online might be ok but gambling in general is not… I don’t really see where that is making a whole lot of sense because gambling is gambling.

the pros would probably not waste their time online but if they do they could win a lot more money.
